Capstone Night.
This was the first time my project was able to be communicated to an audience. I was honored to be chosen as one of the top 3 project in the Biotech school and had the opportunity to present in our Black Box Theater. I also competed in the school's science fair and placed 1st for 12 grade Biotech.
February 11
District Science Fair.
After placing in my school's science fair, I had the opportunity to attend the Bridgeport District Science fair. I was judged by 3 rounds of talented judges and was awarded with 1st place.
March 13
State Science Fair.
I had the privilege to compete in the Connecticut State Science Fair and became a finalist. I was awarded 3rd place for the Women in Science and Engineering section, which was funded by the Petit Family Foundation.
March 23
UB Faculty Day.
A group of students and myself were invited to present our work at the University of Bridgeport's Faculty Day.
